Yes. In addition to bus rapid transit (BRT), other TSM/TDM measures were considered in the formulation of the project's preferred alternative. The Environmental Assessment states that TSM/TDM strategies will be considered once project preparations move to the final design phase. These strategies will be considered in coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). Where applicable, strategies may also include consultation with large area employers and the Bucks County and Mercer County Transportation Management Associations.
